The Marketing Manager Role

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and sales targets. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll lead the evolution of the company brand, refresh all marketing collateral and drive high-quality lead generation campaigns.

You’ll oversee digital marketing channels including website management, social media, SEO and campaign performance, while translating complex technical solutions into engaging and commercially focused content. The role will also involve coordinating exhibitions and events, managing external agencies and providing valuable market intelligence to support future growth.

Marketing Manager Essential Skills

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive position
• Strong background in B2B marketing and brand management
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Lead generation and campaign management experience
• Digital marketing expertise including website, social media and SEO
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical products and services into compelling customer-focused messaging
• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
