You’ll be managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts while hunting for new opportunities across the UK and occasionally overseas. If you’re a driven, consultative sales professional with a marine technology background and real commercial ambition, this could be exactly the right move.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and growing key accounts — shipyards, yacht management companies, and major maritime stakeholders.
• Hunting for new business and owning the full sales cycle from first contact to contract.
• Presenting commercial proposals up to board level.
• Working across Bridge Electronics, Navigation, Servicing, Maintenance, Support Contracts and Airtime solutions.
• Collaborating with internal technical, delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Attending exhibitions, conferences and team meetings — and occasionally travelling overseas.
• Keeping the CRM accurate and your pipeline well managed.

What we’re looking for

• Proven sales experience in the marine technology sector — specifically Bridge and Navigation.
• A hunter. Self-motivated, resilient and commercially driven.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence presenting at senior/board level.
• A disciplined approach to pipeline and CRM management.
• A creative, solutions-focused mindset — someone who challenges conventional thinking.
• Willingness to travel in the UK and occasionally overseas.
