Job Overview
As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders safely, accurately and professionally using company transit vans.

You will be one of the faces of the business, building relationships with customers and ensuring every delivery meets the high standards our customers expect.

This is a hands-on role that involves both driving and loading responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Loading and organising your own vehicle before departure.
• Checking orders for accuracy before leaving site.
• Separating and managing fresh and frozen products correctly during loading and delivery.
• Completing multi-drop delivery routes to restaurants, pubs, takeaways, caterers and foodservice customers.
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and records.
• Reporting shortages, damages, delivery issues or vehicle defects immediately.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks.
• Assisting warehouse and loading teams when required.
• Supporting holiday and sickness cover across routes and departments.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or multi-drop driver.
• Experience working with route plans and scheduled deliveries.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and organised.
• Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading products.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexible approach to working hours and duties.

Desirable

• Experience delivering foodservice products.
• Experience handling chilled, fresh or frozen goods.
• Knowledge of the hospitality or catering sector.

Pay: £14.00 per hour
