Sales Development Representative (SDR)

£24,000 + Commission (OTE £32K in Year 1)

The Role

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact – speaking to potential customers, opening conversations, and creating opportunities.

You’ll be:

• Reaching out to new customers (calls, emails, outreach)
• Building relationships and asking the right questions
• Qualifying leads and spotting opportunities
• Booking meetings and passing opportunities to senior sales
• Keeping everything organised on CRM
• Learning the art of sales properly (this is where it starts)
