Sales Consultant – Desk Based

Location: East Kilbride, Glasgow Free Parking

Salary: £28k – £30k basic

OTE: £55k – £65k uncapped – Guaranteed Commission

About the Role – Sales Consultant – Desk Based

• As a Sales Consultant in this exciting role, you will contact a mixture of B2B existing clients and new clients to advise them on the range of business-critical products on offer.
• Advising clients on retention, upgrades and additional communication led products whilst working closely with the field sales team to support the sales process for larger clients.
• You will work towards achievable targets and can over-achieve to substantially increase your earnings with top performers earning well over £70k consistently.
• Your success will take place within a professional, long-established sales focussed market leader, enjoying all the latest and most advanced tools and support to help in your success in state-of-the-art offices.

About you – Sales Consultant – Desk Based

• We will consider all sales backgrounds for the role with particular interest in people who have a background in B2B sales.
• Attitude, personality, ambition, and drive are key ingredients for this role.
• You are motivated, outgoing and an enthusiastic communicator who can build relationships with clients and work well as part of a successful team.

The Rewards

• Excellent starting basic salary of £28k – £32k depending on experience.
• There is a very attractive uncapped bonus structure allowing you to earn between £55k and £65k and upwards which is realistic. (Many people earn beyond this)
