IVA Advisor job at Stockport, Cheshire Full Time

Our client is a leading IVA Practitioner located in Stockport with excellent transport links. They pride themselves on a friendly, supportive team environment focused on outstanding customer service rather than solely on performance targets.

They are currently seeking energetic, ambitious, and career-driven individuals to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed client consultations to fully understand their financial situation, including recording creditor details and completing income and expenditure assessments
• Analyse client information to identify the best debt management solutions and guide clients towards clearing their debts efficiently
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, maintaining a calm and professional phone manner throughout
• Make outbound calls as part of client engagement and pipeline development

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to go above and beyond
• Strong telephone manner with excellent objection-handling skills
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to contribute extra effort
• Comfortable with making outbound calls
• Proficient with IT and CRM systems

What’s On Offer:

• Basic salary of £26,000 – £30,000 + OTE £60,000 uncapped
