German Speaking Project Manager
South London | Hybrid Working | £32,000 – £35,000 DOE + Benefits

Our client is a highly successful international packaging and brand communications agency that works with leading global FMCG and consumer brands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a German Speaking Project Manager to join their friendly and collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships and ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.
The Role
As German Speaking Project Manager, you will manage a variety of client projects from initial brief through to final delivery. Acting as the key point of contact for German-speaking clients across the DACH region, you will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing multiple client projects simultaneously from brief through to completion
• Acting as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients
• Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
• Coordinating internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly
• Managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are achieved
• Handling project administration, reporting, invoicing and budget tracking
• Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail throughout all stages of project delivery
About You
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Account Management, Client Services or a similar role involving the management of multiple projects, clients or workflows
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship
• Able to commute to South London
Please note this role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is solely within IT, Finance, Engineering or Construction Project Management.
