Courier/Delivery Driver job at Rotherham Full Time

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. Work at least 5 days a week, with additional weekend shifts open for those seeking more hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform multiple drop-offs and pick-ups of parcels, serving both residential addresses and businesses within your designated area code.
• Handle a wide variety of items efficiently.
• Complete from 80 – 110 deliveries per day over short distances.
• Start work between 6:30 am and 8:00 am, finishing once all deliveries and collections have been made.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules carefully, utilizing a long wheelbase van.
• Operate the delivery van safely to transport goods to customers, ensuring prompt and secure deliveries.

Requirements:

– Valid driver’s license. Maximum 3 points
– Proven experience as a Delivery Driver with Yodel, DHL, DPD, or UPS is required, or a strong knowledge of parcel delivery.
– Have a UK bank account and National Insurance number
– Be willing to pass a CRB check before starting
– Strong attention to detail and time management skills
– Provide proof of the right to work in the UK
-Previous Multi drop experience is required!

Competitive daily rates beginning at £1.70 per drop.

Van and fuel supplied.

Each stop is paid £1.70
