We’re looking for an experienced Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can turn customer insight into measurable growth.

This is a high-impact role with ownership of the end-to-end marketing funnel across multiple markets.

• Full marketing lifecycle: acquisition, nurture, conversion, retention, expansion and win-back
• A data-led funnel strategy that improves conversion and accelerates pipeline
• Activation of customer insight, behaviour and feedback (incl. NPS)
• Cross-sell and retention programmes that drive commercial impact
• Alignment of lifecycle strategy across regions, balancing global consistency with local relevance
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and teams on the delivery of campaigns and analysis

Profile

• 7+ years in Marketing (B2B) – lifecycle, demand gen, growth
• Previous broad B2B customer lifecycle marketing experience is essential for this role
• A solid track record of success and results in B2B marketing – professional services would be an advantage
• Experience leading on marketing strategy
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Growth teams
• A track record of turning insight into action and results

Job Offer

• £60k – £70k
