We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a well-established, family-run business within the automotive retail sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant or Digital Marketing Assistant looking to take the next step in their marketing career.

Working as part of a small but highly successful marketing team, you will support and deliver digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands, helping to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising a range of digital marketing activities, including:

• Managing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
• Supporting lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
• Assisting with SEO and PPC campaigns to improve website traffic and conversions
• Monitoring campaign performance and producing regular marketing reports and analysis
• Creating engaging digital content, graphics and marketing materials
• Designing assets for websites, email marketing campaigns, social media, print and showroom materials
• Producing and editing video content for social media platforms
• Writing marketing copy for campaigns, websites, email communications and social media
• Building and executing CRM and email marketing campaigns
• Supporting customer database management and segmentation
• Liaising with external suppliers including designers, printers and event partners

The successful candidate may also support marketing activity surrounding events, product launches, dealership promotions and community initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic marketer with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a willingness to continue developing their skills.

Key requirements include:

• Previous experience within a marketing or digital marketing role
• Experience managing or supporting digital marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta advertising or paid social campaigns
• Experience using CRM systems and CMS platforms
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Video creation or video editing experience
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience

• Automotive industry experience
• Retail or consumer marketing experience
• SEO and PPC knowledge
• Event marketing experience
