As Digital Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of all digital marketing activity across our three brands. You will manage paid advertising, run SEO strategy, operate email marketing campaigns, manage organic social content, and coordinate all inbound lead generation. You will work directly with the Director and report into the commercial pipeline, meaning your output will be measured in lead quality and conversion, not just impressions.
This is not a support role. You will plan, build, and execute. You will have access to GoHighLevel (GHL) as our CRM and marketing automation platform, and you will be expected to use it effectively from day one or learn it quickly.
Paid Advertising
• Plan, build and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns across all three brands
• Define audience targeting, creative strategy and budget allocation per campaign
• Monitor and optimise campaigns daily to improve cost per lead and lead quality
• A/B test ad creative, landing pages and audience segments continuously
• Report paid performance weekly with clear insight and recommendations
SEO and Website
• Own the SEO strategy across the M&P domain and brand URL paths
• Produce and publish keyword-targeted content for South Wales and hyper-local markets
• Manage Google Business Profiles across all three brands
• Oversee on-page and technical SEO, internal linking and content performance
• Track and report keyword rankings and organic traffic growth
Email Marketing
• Build and manage nurture sequences in GHL for investor leads, vendor leads and probate enquiries
• Plan and deploy campaign emails for new deals, investor updates and brand activity
• Maintain list hygiene, segmentation and deliverability standards
• Track open rates, click rates and conversion metrics across all sequences
Organic Social and Content
• Plan and schedule weekly social content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
• Repurpose longer YouTube content into short form Reels and Shorts
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all three brands using Canva
• Identify content opportunities from deals, team activity and market commentary
Reporting and Coordination
• Produce a weekly marketing performance dashboard covering paid, organic, email and lead volumes
• Feed lead quality insight back from the sales team to inform campaign decisions
• Brief and manage any external designers, videographers or copywriters as required
• Coordinate marketing activity across brands to avoid overlap and maximise impact
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential
• Proven hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns with real budget
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content-led organic growth
• Experience with email marketing platforms and automated nurture sequences
• Comfortable managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance and act on it
• Organised, self-directed, and comfortable working without hand-holding
Desirable
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Background in property, financial services, or B2C lead generation
• Short form video editing skills for social content
• Familiarity with Canva for brand asset management
