DPD COURIER DRIVER WANTED
Location: Reading / Newbury / Basingstoke
We are looking for reliable drivers to join our team on a permanent DPD route.
Van provided
Fuel card provided
Insurance provided
Permanent route
Full training provided
No van rental costs
No fuel costs
No insurance costs
Pay Structure:
- Up to 100 delivered stops = £120 guaranteed per day
- Over 100 delivered stops = £1 per delivered stop above 100
Examples:
- 80 delivered stops = £120
- 100 delivered stops = £120
- 150 delivered stops = £170 (£120 + £50)
Please note: payment is based on delivered stops.
Even on quieter days, if you deliver fewer than 100 stops, you will still receive the guaranteed daily rate of £120.
One of the biggest advantages of this role is that all vehicle costs are covered by us. You keep what you earn without worrying about van rental, fuel, insurance or other vehicle expenses.

Permanent route, allowing drivers to learn and become familiar with their area over time.
Requirements:
- Clean DBS
- Valid driving licence (any country accepted)
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable and professional attitude
