UK : £39,692 – £41,505 per annum (grade 5)
For other countries, salary will be aligned to the location and local market conditions.

The main purpose of your role
The New Business Development Lead role is designed to lead a team of new business executives whose principal purpose is to grow the number of mauve clients.
To accomplish this, the New Business Development Lead will drive high velocity cold outreach, ensuring a high cadence of lead conversion into sellable opportunities. Additionally, the role will be responsible for ensuring a significant return on marketing spend by delivering substantial conversions on all inbound leads. The responsibility also includes all activities geared towards delivering the sales target set by the senior sales management team, as well as aligning objectives with the sales strategy issued by the Global Head of Sales.
Responsibilities will include executing on the sales strategy, contributing to the sales process improvement, increasing new client numbers, and maximising revenue in collaboration with other departments. This includes crafting regional approaches where appropriate and implementing and communicating any new business specific process changes, as well as producing written process documentation to support such changes, supporting the team to assess and qualify potential leads, supporting the team to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, and supporting the team to respond to enquiries from potential clients.
This role is a player coach where the New Business Development Lead will lead from the front in delivering their personal sales target as well as taking responsibility for the overall team target. The role also includes people management – coaching, continuous performance evaluation and management, resource management etc.
