So, what does a Business Sales Consultant do?

You’ll start off on a basic salary up to £28,000 and have 2 salary reviews per year.

You’ll have a monthly meeting to discuss your growth and progression.

You’ll work in a B2B sales role, with your focus being on speaking to customers about HR related products and services and arrange meetings to discuss at the next stage.

Energy is high here, we have deal songs, early finish incentives, constant cash prizes being handed out on the floor, and social events together.

We want consultants who are used to dialling throughout the day on the phones, confidence and personalities fit in well, with previous sales experience being a must.
