Senior Account Manager – Tech – Surrey (Field based/ Remote ) – Perm c£45K basic, £90k OTE uncapped + Car allowance

Are you an experienced Senior level/ Account Manager who enjoys growing existing clients whilst winning new business in the fast-moving world of Saas – UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud and managed services?

This is not a high-pressure, transactional sales environment. We’re looking for a consultative, commercially astute relationship builder who can engage at senior stakeholder level, uncover complex business challenges and develop long-term customer partnerships.

The Role

You’ll inherit a portfolio of existing customers while developing new revenue opportunities across cloud communications, contact centre, managed services, networking and associated technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing strategic customer relationships
• Identifying upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities
• Developing new business opportunities across target sectors
• Leading customer meetings, workshops and solution discussions
• Building trusted advisor relationships with decision makers
• Working closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting

What We’re Looking For

• 3 + years experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud or managed service solutions
• Experience with vendors such as Cisco or similar
• Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit customers

Occasion office visits in Surrey after initial onboarding

• £40-45,000 basic salary
