We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business operating within the board advisory and leadership space.
This is not a traditional sales role.
There is no cold calling, no endless prospecting lists, and no expectation to generate business from scratch. Every conversation you have will be with individuals who have already engaged with the business and expressed an interest in learning more.
Your role will be to understand where each prospect is in their professional journey, identify their objectives, challenge their thinking where appropriate, and guide them towards the solution that best suits their needs.
You’ll spend your time speaking with accomplished professionals including Managing Directors, Founders, CEOs, Consultants, and senior leaders via phone and Microsoft Teams.
