Support Bus Driver (D/D1 Licence Required)

McCausland Airport Parking is currently recruiting licensed D/D1 drivers with CPC certification to join our team as Support Bus Drivers at our busy site near Belfast International Airport.

This is a hybrid role, combining courtesy bus driving with car park attendant duties, ideal for candidates who enjoy a varied, customer-facing position.

Role Overview

As a Support Bus Driver, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and efficient service to our customers. Your duties will include:

• Driving our courtesy bus to and from the terminal building
• Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Assisting passengers with luggage handling
• Safely parking customer vehicles
• Supporting general car park operations as required

Shift Pattern

• 4 days on / 4 days off (rotating shift pattern)
• 2 x Day Shifts: 07:00 – 19:00
• 2 x Night Shifts: 19:00 – 07:00
• Followed by 4 days off

✅ Requirements

• Full valid D1 driving licence (essential)
• Valid CPC certification (essential)
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work day and night shifts
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
