Temp to Perm Marketing Assistant job at London Full Time

Our prestigious law-firm client in the heart of the City is seeking a proactive Marketing & Business Development Assistant to join on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, confident, and eager to support a busy marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and formatting documents.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage meeting logistics.
• Assist with event preparation, including materials, name badges, and on-site client greeting.
• Help produce the monthly newsletter and maintain contact lists.
• Coordinate diaries, book meetings, and manage room bookings.
• Conduct venue research and support internal events.
• Assist with LinkedIn social media posts and maintain intranet resources.
• Provide general support to the Head of Marketing & BD and wider team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
• Confident verbal and written communication.
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• GCSE Maths & English (A-C).
