Part Time / Full Time Driver CPC Trainer – Remote job at Remote Full Time NEW

We are looking for a reliable and confident Driver CPC Trainer to deliver remote Driver CPC training sessions to HGV and PSV drivers.

This is a fully remote role, with all sessions delivered online via Microsoft Teams. Training materials, course content and equipment guidance will be provided.

Experience within the transport, logistics or haulage industry would be preferred, although full training and support can be provided for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Driver CPC training sessions remotely via Microsoft Teams.
• Present training material clearly and professionally to groups of drivers.
• Keep learners engaged throughout the session.
• Follow the approved course material and delivery structure.
• Carry out basic attendance monitoring and learner engagement checks.
• Ensure sessions are delivered in line with Driver CPC requirements.
• Report any attendance, technical or learner issues to the training coordinator.
• Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

• Experience in the transport, logistics, haulage, passenger transport or driver training industry is preferred.
• Confident speaking to groups online.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable, punctual and organised.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams or willing to learn.
• Access to a suitable quiet working environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Desirable Experience

• HGV or PSV industry experience.
• Transport Manager CPC qualification.
• Previous Driver CPC training experience.
• Experience delivering toolbox talks, inductions, compliance briefings or staff training.
• Knowledge of drivers’ hours, tachographs, walkaround checks, road safety, load security or operator compliance.
• Teaching, coaching or training qualification.

Training material and equipment will be provided.

Guidance will also be provided on the required setup for remote delivery, including Microsoft Teams, camera, microphone and attendance monitoring.

Full support can be given to suitable candidates who have the right industry experience but have not previously delivered Driver CPC training.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
