Marketing Account Manager (Part-Time, Hybrid) – London – up to £45k per annum (pro rata) plus company benefits

Our client is well-established Marketing Agency; due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit a Marketing Account Manager (Must have in-house legal marketing experience)

As the dedicated Marketing Account Manager to a selection of our professional services clients, you will need to be able to identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies to meet their organisational and strategic objectives.

Main responsibilities:

• Research and create marketing strategies and tactical action plans for clients
• Manage and coordinate all marketing activities for your clients derived from the agreed strategies
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future services
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans, email campaigns, and projects in line with organisational objectives
• Write content including blogs and case studies for the business and for clients
• Expand and develop marketing platforms
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
• Create and present marketing topics to internal and external audiences
• Liaise with media and advertising
• Write multiple social media posts and schedules for clients and create visuals using Canva or other design tools

Applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

• CIM or equivalent qualification/experience
• Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred) – to include the ability to plan, implement and report on digital marketing channels including SEO, Google Analytics and social media
• Professional service marketing: 2 years (required) – understanding or work experience in the professional service sector (law/accountancy/financial services etc)
