Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Car Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting vehicle across the UK. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for driving and a keen eye for vehicle maintenance. The position involves driving saloon and MPV’s, and requires strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate deliveries effectively. The job will suit an individual looking to work 1-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles.
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of vehicles, maintaining schedules and adhering to traffic regulations.
• Conduct basic mechanical checks to ensure safety and operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of journeys, deliveries and collections
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and clients regarding delivery schedules or any delays.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Skills

• Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s licence suitable for the vehicle type, including driver licences if applicable.
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and clients professionally.
• Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or traditional maps, ensuring punctuality in deliveries. This role is ideal for organised individuals with a passion for driving who enjoy working independently while maintaining high safety standards.

Pay: £12.21-£12.71 per hour
