E-Commerce Administrator

A growing and dynamic healthcare products distributor is seeking an E-Commerce Administrator to join its friendly and ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced small business environment where your ideas and contributions will make a real impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct product and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Create and optimise product listings (SEO, images, descriptions, and A+ content)
• Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment planning, and coordinate FBA shipments
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies
• Manage product listings, content, and collections on the company website
• Optimise the customer journey to drive conversions and improve user experience
• Coordinate promotions, discount codes, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor website analytics and ensure smooth order processing and customer communication

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Amazon FBA/FBM administration.
• Strong understanding of SEO, product listing optimization, and PPC.
• Familiarity with research tools such as Helium10 and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Graphic design or content creation skills are a bonus.
• Experience in launching products or scaling e-commerce brands is advantageous.
